im very interest in getting this but I was wondering how difficult is it to remove the old quarter panel and install this one?

Hey Bigwilly, this piece is a weld in piece. You would have to cut the old out and weld this in. I would recommend getting a body shop to do it. I hope this answer helps and earns your business. Thanks for your question.

Is this panel welded to the tub? Also, how would I go about removing the old rusty one & installing the new one?

Rock, yes your current rear body corner is welded to the tub. You would have to remove the old one (cut and grind) and weld on the new Replacement Rear Body Corner Panel.
