I'd like to make absolutely sure this fits my '93 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ/5.2L? Also, what is the actual thickness of this part?

Yes, this will fit your Jeep. The total thickness is 3/4", the thickness of the lip is 3/8" Thanks!
