Stewart, there is not any instructions for the Crown Automotive Coil Spring Bumper since it's just a bump stop. It presses in to the retainer cup just like the sock one does. Hope this helps!

I have a 3 inch lift in my 95 xj. Are these a longer than stock bump stops ? Also the picture shows to be a bolt in but other brands appear to be a push in piece.

This Crown bump stop is a factory replacement part. Same as what came with the Jeep.
