Crown Automotive Body Mounting Kits

Does the kit come with 13 sleeves or 12? Only one pictures shows 13. Also is there enough body mounts for a 1984 cj8?

Do you offer this kit with bolts? or do you have a part number for the bolt kit?

My jeep is a 94 YJ, bought it in pieces so I don't have any of the body mounts, not even the grille mounts. After looking at the instructions this kit doesn't seem to have them--any idea where to find compatible grille mounts?
