2 Answered questionsThe factory axel shafts are still installed in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ are the universal joints replaceable in my current axels ? I was told that you cannot replace the universals in factory shafts. Is that true ?

Barring extenuating circumstances, you should definitely be able replace the U-joints in your factory axle shafts. This Crown Automotive Axle Shaft Universal Joint should do the job. Thanks!
