Hi DrtyDave, This Corbeau Seat Bracket is designed for Corbeau seats only, won't work with the Jeeps OEM seats. Thank you for your inquiry.

Is this compatible with a 2001 Cherokee? The description says yes, but the warning box says it's not...

Joseph, the Corbeau Seat Bracket will fit your Cherokee just fine. It looks like the fit guide is messed up on this part. Hope this helps!
