Will 1999 wrangler stock rear seat belts work with this rear seat?

Hi Richie No you would not be able to use the stock seat belts with the Baja 40" Bench Suspension Seat, only lap belts. Thanks

CAN I PUT THREE SEAT BELTS ON THIS SEAT I HAVE THREE KIDS

Bigfrankie5893, the Corbeau Baja 42" Bench Suspension Seat is set up for 2 people. 3 people won't fit in this seat so there isn't provisions for more than 2 seat belts. Hope this helps!
