How much coverage do these provide versus stock fenders? from the fenders / quarter panels to outside edge?

Will this cover the whole tire? I had to move to the UK and and now I have to cover the entire tire. I am running 35/12.5/18 with about 4.56 of back spacing.

Can I still use the factory liners using the flares?
