2 Answered questionsI have an aftermarket tire carrier as well as aftermarket tires and wheels. The lug nuts are almost covered by the aftermarket wheel. If I replace on of the lugs with this, will the locking mechanism be too wide to hold the wheel?

Mike, the Bolt Lock Spare Tire Lock/ Jeep will work just fine to hold your wheel on the tire carrier. Hope this helps!
