Manufactured from 3/16" steel plate, sculpted to enhance the styling of the JK platform, stubby design does not over power the front of the Jeep. Integrated winch plate with fairlead mounts, integrated shackle mounts for recovery points and grill guard are included. Includes reinforced wings for additional strength and a braced hoop. 3 Light mounting tabs on hoop for auxiliary lights. 2 4" light pockets under winch plate with laser cut steel screen. Retains factory vacuum pump location. Easy bolt installation, no drilling required. Black textured power coat finish. Shown with optional JK-5123 skid plate.
Looks aggressive and I enjoy the multiple mounting points. My only main complaint is with the mounting to the frame, the upper left and upper right hopes don't line up with the ones on the frame.
Love my new bumper so far. Only dislike is I cant use factory headlights.still waiting on my winch. Took me a month and a half to receive, it was frustrating
With 97 cents worth of stuff from the hardware store the factory foggs mount with no problems. Love it
I bought this with the optional skid plate, grill guard, and a 9k# winch. Installation was pretty easy with two guys holding each end while I was underneath starting bolts. The finish looks good, seems to be a pretty good powder coat job. The grill guard had a nasty gash in it. Had to file the shrp edge down and give it some touch up paint. The paint didn't match the powdercoat so I'm going to try to get 4wd to get some body armor touch up paint for me. Maybe 4WD.com will contact me after I send the review in. If it weren't for the damage I would have given it 5 stars.
Earlier reports indicated that the bumper was not compatible with the factory fog lights but the latest question indicated it was. I wanted to confirm the bumper is now compatible with the factory fog lamps. if it matters- '08 Sahara Unlimited.

Hello BZ, The Body Armor 4x4 JK Wrangler Stubby Front Winch Bumper with Grill Guard in Textured Black Powdercoat from the factory is not compatible with the factory fog lights. Like the gentleman in the previous question and answer you can buy some hardware and modify the mounts so that your factory lights can work.

Body Armor 4x4 produces extreme off-road equipment for Jeeps and trucks. The company was founded in the 1990s in Corona, California. Body Armor engineers its products to withstand the abuse of the trail over and over while personalizing the look of your rig. Body Armor popular products include Jeep bumpers with integrated winch plates and multiple light mounting points, Trail doors that are predrilled for aftermarket mirrors plus thick nylon webbing to protect passengers from scraping branches and a very secure two position latch, plus rock steps that also function as sliders. All Body Armor parts are built for durability with a dual process powdercoat oversprayed with a textured finish and undersprayed with an e-coat. So corrosion resistance is quite strong.
