Will this Bilstein 5100, 2.75" lift, work with my stock springs? Can you suggest a better quality spring for my '15 Grand Cherokee?

Tony, The BIL24-225434 5100 Series Front Shock Absorber will work with your stock springs. I would suggest the ARB3059 Coil Spring for a better quality spring.
