BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 Tire when roadside assistance is not an option the super-tough sidewall compound and 3-ply construction resists cuts and bruises to take the edge off of rocks and other off-road hazards. Overcome nearly any obstacle with linear flex zones that allow the tire to conform and grab obstacles in aired-down driving. Leave the tow rig at home Drive to the trails with better road manners and less noise than you'd expect in an unstoppable off-road tire! The T/A KM2 is an excellent tire for the driver who needs great off-road traction, but still wants a good wearing, long mileage street tire. The Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 has a footprint made to dominate almost anything in its path. Smart design gives it excellent mud-clearing ability and low road noise.
I bought this set of tires for my 64 Chevy pickup. I need a rugged tire with good traction since the 2WD truck is used off road on my property and also on the long dirt driveway. We occasionally get snow too. Over its long lifetime it has had other BFG tires which I have always found to be durable good tires. I went with the KM2’s because of the triple side walls and the aggressive tread pattern which provides the off pavement traction I need while still handling well on the mountainous paved roads I drive on. The super price I found on this high quality tire at 4WP was what sealed the deal for me.
Love these tires handle good on off road .amazing in mud
I’ve been running KM2’s for years and have enjoyed their performances. The next move will be to a KM3. What change to improve all this goodness
On and off road, snow ice ect
I use on street snow and mud Mileage is highest of any mud tire this size Fits dual wheel truck with no spacers
Bummed out when i had them mounted jeep has a 3.0 lift an was told they were close to 32 no where near that so not im stuck with small 31s on my jeep
I used this tire in a 33/12.50-15 on my 2000 TJ for six years (40,000mi), and I'm on my fifth year (38,000mi) of my original 2010 Rubicon Unlimited tires. They're still legal but finally getting really worn. I'm convinced this is the best tire ever made, especially on Jeeps. This thing digs in mud, dirt, rock, water, snow, sand and anything else you throw at it. I run it at 14psi in bad mud/dirt/rock and have been on multiple Jeep Jamborees with zero trouble. I live in deep snow and drive off-road whenever I can with no worries. They get louder with age but it's not bad at all. I've also driven highways all over the country and still get good gas mileage. I'm constantly impressed, and I'm actually scared to consider any other tire.
Great product at a great price with fast delivery. Thanks
I would say this is the best tire series on the market today. Wears great, quiet, and does great off roading. The over all performance of this tire is five star, and for the cost it still worth every penny. I use different sizes of this tire on three out of the five jeeps and I will replace the tires on the jeeps that don't have them with these when it comes time.
This is my second set and I love these tires. They wear well and give you great traction.
Will these tires fit on a TJ Wrangler with a 1-1/4" Body Lift and a 2"-2-1/2" Suspension lift? Thank you.

Will you mount these, balance and intall the tire pressure sender on on the AEV Pintler wheels? I only see larger tire sizes in your combos. Thanks!

Mike, the BF Goodrich Tires LT255/75R17, Mud-Terrain T/A KM can be mounted on a 17" AEV wheel just fine. Hope this helps!

how many miles can you use these tires? Nitto tires are 50,000. Do you know how many BF Goodrich has? thanks
Asked by saul from United States on
Saul, the BF Goodrich Tires 35x12.50R15, Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 don't have a mileage guarantee on them but with proper rotation I have seen these get close to 50K miles out of them on a lighter weight vehicle like a Jeep Wrangler. Hope this helps!
