Bikini Tops are great, but if you want to put your soft top back on, the Bikini Top has to come off as well as the windshield channel. Sun Bikini eliminates all that because it doesn't interfere with your regular soft or hard top, and doesn't require a separate extra-cost windshield channel. It's like an interior sun shade you never have to remove, top up or top down. It offers filtered sunlight or even complete shade with the least amount of effort. Hi JG, This Bestop Targa Style Sun Bikini Top has a unique design that enables it to be used with both hard and soft tops, it is indeed a mesh design to let light through. It fits great on the Jeep Wrangler's from 2007 to 2016. Thank you for your inquiry.

Your comments say this will work with hardtop or soft, but photos only show a soft top back. I don't want to take off ANY of the hardtop except the removable front hardtop panels. Does this top work that way? It is not clear it does. We get a lot of summer thunderstorms and taking the hardtop parts on and off is a pain. 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara
