Bestop HighRock 4x4 Grille Guards

How does this mount to a standard bumper on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Willys edition. Do you have to drill holes in the bumper or does it use existing attachment points?

Mike, the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Tubular Steel Grille Guard in Matte Black is only made for Bestop Bumpers not the factory bumper. I am wondering if the picture I see of the bumper is what I will get for this price? Will I have to buy the light bar that is on top for my driving lights

what is the width of the bar from center of holes. I need 31 and a half inches. Are there any bars this dimension.
