"This bracket is for use with large joints that have a 2.625" mounting width. This includes, but is not limited to, 1.25" rod ends (heims) with misalignment spacers, and rebuildable cartridge style joints with a 2.5" or 2.625" width (Johnny, Flex, Ballistic, etc). The hole size is 9/16" and can be drilled for larger sizes. The holes are set at 7, 8, and 9 inches from the axle centerline to allow you to fine tune your suspension. This bracket is made from .250" thick steel and comes in four unwelded pieces that jig together for easy assembly. This bracket is especially useful if your tire size changes and your suspension needs to be adjusted. Rather than cutting off the old bracket and installing a taller one, simply move you link to the next higher mounting hole. This bracket is intended for use with 3-link and 4-link suspensions. This product requires general welding and fabrication skills."
Artec Industries is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, but its origins are an American success story based in Tucscon, Arizona. The owner, Artie Nuttall, married into a family of off-roaders who quickly infected him with their enthusiasm. So much so that Nuttall took a welding class at a community college so that he could complete DIY axle swaps on his rig in his garage. Turns out he had a talent for welding and in 2010 Artie successfully marketed a line of battery mounts. From there, Artec Welding turned into Artec Industries and though the product line and success grew, Nuttall's attention to craftsmanship and quality never wavered. Shop Artec Industries Now
