does this inlcude bulbs and wiring harness? if so what types?

Hi ben, These Anzo Headlights Projector with Halo is a pair of light assemblies, with bulbs. They are designed to replace the OEM headlights on the Grand Cherokee's from '99 to '04 models and plug directly into the original pigtail. Thanks for your inquiry.
