This Billet Fuel door comes with all hardware and installation instructions. We have put several of these on and can honestly say that it was very easy to install.

do you have to drill holes?

Yes you do have to drill holes into the plastic. 1. Place your new billet aluminum gas door over the gas shroud. Make sure the door is level and the hinge side of the door is towards the front of the Jeep. 2. With a 9/64 drill bit, drill 3 holes in the plastic shroud using the holes in the ring as pilots. 3. Install 3 sheet metal screws using the square drive bit provided with the billet gas door. Tighten the screws evenly so you don’t distort the plastic
