The Universal Outlaw Mirrors is our best-selling product and is recognized everywhere as the removable Jeep mirror that's ready when you are. Hindsight is 20/20 with the Outlaw Mirror, and that's the way we like it. It fits all Jeep models and has a unique feature most mirrors don't: you can see out of the passenger-side mirror! How cool is that? Get 'em, use 'em. No more tickets for unsafe driving. American Outlaw uses these mirrors to keep an eye on the competition.
Just a heads up for JK owners. . .these DO NOT FIT JK WRANGLER'S! The set screws do not even come close to setting the mounting point on the hinge. They fit over, but you can not secure them and they basically FALL OFF. I wish I had known this before I waited 2 weeks to get these. Now, I have to find another brand so I can remain legal to drive without the doors. Hopefully 4wd is aware of this now.
these mirrors are easy to install and give back the side vision when the doors are off. The only problem is there is no adjustment to tighten the mirror itself to the attachment rod. The mirror tends to drift a little when driving at highway speeds.
I wanted to take my doors off and realized the mirrors were on the door, oops. There mirrors fit the bill. Easy to install, work well, look good. JC

The story of how American Outlaw Designs began in the Jeep accessory business is a true United States story indeed. Owner Randy was in the Army's reactionary force in the 1980s and his division was 101st Airborne. Jeeps were the go-to ride of his unit and when his service ended he started custom designing modifications for his own Jeep in his garage. He started getting requests to custom modify the Jeeps of friends and friends of friends. In 2004, he decided to market his mods starting with the American Outlaw Jeep Mirror. From there, his business grew and so did his product line, and today Randy is still intimately involved in the design and craftmanship of the products under the American Outlaw name.
