Alloy USA uses high strength 4140 Chromoly in all its Jeep axles. Our axles are heat-treated twice and induction hardened to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 35% stronger than stock 1040 axles. Alloy USA uses the latest cold spline rolling technology, to produce splines that are stronger than traditional cut splines. Alloy USA shafts are covered by an exclusive 10-year warranty! Rear axle shaft kits include everything you need for your installation: both passenger and drive side shafts, seals, bearings and wheel studs.
Would have rated a 5 except the wheel studs were not installed. I do not have a press so I had to install with an impact. Not the best way but it works.
Install went excellent. Be sure to keep your spider gears secure.
Great up-grade! Replaced my bent rear axles. Kit comes with everything you need. *Make sure you have, or know someone with a press, so you can press in the wheel studs. Beat the heck out uf them, and they did great! 10 year warranty! I have a 2005 TJ with a B.D.S. lift, and running 33" 373 gears. Great product!
Im considering buying these for my 97 wrangler. I'm running 35 Procomp mt2s tires. i have the stock dana 35 in the rear right now with stock gears. its running fine now with no problem but i want to upgrade. Would these axles handle the 35 in tires?

Hi Kyle The Dana 35 Chromoly Rear Axle Kit are heavier duty than the original shafts from Dana Spicer and work fine. The problem with the larger tires on the dana 35 is the housing is week. Thanks
