Trail Master suspension systems are uniquely designed to allow vehicles to take on the most extreme off-road trails, yet remain quiet and dependable for everyday driving. To do this, we design our systems to limit excessive wear and tear on factory ball-joints, steering components and reduce noise and vibrations. Making sure everything is durable and reliable is why our suspension systems include items such as, high-grade alloy steel- tube control arms, Flex-joint bushing technology, precision laser cut bolt-holes, CNC machined spindles, CNC press-brake formed brackets, and much more. Our suspension systems also come complete with everything required to properly raise your vehicle without having to order or purchase extra components. Find out why more people prefer a quality Trail Master Suspension, than other suspension kits on the market.
Installed this after helping a friend install a Rubicon Express kit. The Rubicon express kit was a lot easier to install and came complete. This kit didn't have all the right bolts and some of the specialty nuts were not threaded.
Overall was impressed by the build quality, however rear spacer bolts were to long and needed to be breads all the way. I used some 1 inch nuts to act as spacers to snug them up. Rear shock bilges were fine threaded but require coarse thread. 5/16 brake line adapters were to big for stock hole size and needed to be drilled out. If the correct hardware was included I would recommend this as a budget lift kit. However because the hardware was incorrect trail master needs to resolve the issues
This is the list of what you need to be aware of before you buy: 1. The bolts for the rear shock extension bracket are not 10MM as stated on the packaging. You'll need to buy 4 new ones. 2. The bolts to mount the rear coil spring spacer are too long. They're 3 inches, I bought 2 inch 12MM bolts. Worked just fine. 3. The holes for all 4 OE brake line brackets must be enlarged to fit the new bolt to put on the brake line extension. BLUF- if you have some mechanical skill, this lift is easy to put on. I did it in my garage on the weekend. I was disappointed to have to keep going back and forth for the correct bolts. This was my second coil spacer lift that I have installed so it was pretty easy for me.
i am putting this lift on my wifes 2011 4 door sahara unlimited. i am also purchasing the Maxxis Big Horn Tire 35X12.50R17 and Pro Comp Wheel 17x9 Package. My question is will this tire and rim package fit after the lift is installed? Thanks Richard
