Easily attaches to Wrangler tailgate, using existing tire mount holes. Holds four auxiliary lights and/or antennas. Shine two lights to the side of the vehicle to make setting up camp easy after sunset. Shine two lights directly to the rear of the vehicle to see obstacles behind you.
I agree with the other reviewer. It does stick out a bit too far. They have designed this to accomodate the widest tire with no regard as to how it will look with 33" tires. Also, if you do not have a swing out mount and you plan to mount this with the OEM tire mount, plan on removing your third brake light. It will not mount to the OEM tire mount without irreversible modifications. I didn't mind this, but some might. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment though and seems like it will hold up well.
The mount has a nice texture and is functional. I haven't tried to run a coax for a CB antenna, but I don't imagine that the end of the cable would fit through the port. Also, the mount sticks out pretty far to the rear. I wish they would have tucked it closer the the jeep. But the mount does its job and has the ability to support four items, so that's nice.
Will this work without a swing away tire carrier?

Yes. According to the vendor, "You can install the Rear Light Bar with the original tailgate mounted tire mount. Remove the tire mount, place the Rear Light Bar mounting brackets in position, and re-fasten the original tire mount back in place over the light bars mounting brackets." I hope this information is helpful. Thanks!
