Designed for use with a manual transmission, this direct bolt-in aluminum conversion radiator boasts a 20-40 degree temperature drop over conventional cooper/brass radiators. Its unique cross flow design consists of two 1-core rows which offer better flow and more cooling capacity than most heavy-duty 4-core radiators. This radiator is specifically designed for high horsepower motors, trailer towing, back-country rock crawling and for normal/medium powered stock vehicles working in extremely high temperature conditions. This radiator is also great if you're just looking for more efficient cooling. Be Cool radiators have a greater life cycle than the original equipment while weighing 40% less. All tanks and brackets are hand built with .080" wall thickness alloy and are fully pressure tested. All units come with cast-filler necks, petcocks and fittings. Be Cool radiators are compatible with all major brands of anti-freeze and are handcrafted in the USA.
I would like a simple replacement with durability & performance enhancement to the old worn out stock Jeep Radiator in my 1993 YJ Renegade. Will this radiator Direct fit with existing mounting holes and space allocated in the engine compartment? Utilize a standard off the shelf radiator cap? Allow adequate clearance for the standard engine driven cooling fan? Utilize the factory cooling fan cowl? Connect to the factory Overflow canister?

Hi Chris The Replacement Aluminum Radiator will bolt into the stock mounting holes. You can use a stock off the shelf cap rated at the pressure recomanded by Be Cool. Aluminum radiators are ment to use electric fans on them as the stock shroud will not fit and in a lot of cases the stock fan could hit the radiator. It will connect to the stock overflow canister. Thanks

Does this product really not include a radiator cap? What else does this not include as I would like to be able to install a functional radiator.

Be Cool Radiators is based in Essexville, Michigan and was founded in 1994. Original founder Roger Rosebush had been involved in motorsports since adolescence and back in the day, he and his siblings built out a 57 Chevy with a 427 big block engine and used it for illegal street racing. Rosebush became hooked on designing and building more and more powerful engines and this endeavor eventually led him into professional race car driving. Motorsports evolved into a desire to engineer better cooling systems for ever more powerful engines. Be Cool Radiators has, from its founding, had one focus: making the best easy-install, bolt-in aluminum radiators for your Jeep. Shop Be Cool Now
