2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport I have quick connect type fittings on the transmission oil cooler side of my radiator, they look to be about 3/8. Does this cooler come with adapters to be able to mate with my existing connections?

Hi Matt! This transmission cooler doesn't come with any fittings. You'll have to provide your own solution for the mating of the lines between the tranny and the cooler. The barb fittings on the cooler accept 0.375" hose, so you should be able to use a hose clamp on the cooler end, and get a quick connect fitting for the other end.
