PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The positive manual engagement/disengagement of cable lock is prone to failure and it allows for disengagement on vehicles equipped with a front locker – very useful when making a tight turning radius off-road. great product.

product was fairly easy to install as i am not a mechanic. So far seems to far outperform the factory vaccum system.

Goodbye vacuum actuator

After the last time I got stuck in mud and snow because the vacuum actuator didn't work, I knew this was the ticket. Installation was fairly easy. The hardest part was figuring out where I wanted to mount it.

My Jeep doesn't have a lift. Will this still works, as it appears through the wording that it only works with lifted Jeeps. Thanks.

Asked by NTN from on

Hi NTN The Jeep Differential Cable Lock Kit is for the lifted but the ALY450900 is for non lifted. Thanks

Jeep Differential Cable Lock Kit Alloy USA | Part Number: ALY450920 Is the the correct unit for a 1994 Wrangler YJ with a 3" lift? Also will it allow me to have a 2 WD low gear?

Asked by Rick from Columbia, SC on

Hi Rick, Yes, This Alloy USA Jeep Differential Cable Lock Kit fits great on the YJ Jeeps that have a lift kit 3" or higher, it eliminates the disconnect motor assembly with direct cable activation and retains the hi/low gear options. Thank you for your inquiry.
