i bought a 1984 cj7 with a 258 6 cyclinder.the previous owner cut off all the electronic ignition wires so the carbarator is old style with manual choke.i saw in a previous question a simiular question.just want to be sure.will the weber upgrade 32/36 work with my 258 engine with an old school carb. which is a 2 barrel with no electronic ignition?

Hi Willie The 2 Barrel Carburetor is a replacement for the stock carburetor, you will need to run a wire for the electric ckoke and also need a fuel pressure regulator to run this. Thanks

I noticed the advertisement said this carburetor comes with everything you need. Does that include the new air cleaner and the linkage kit? If not, do you sell them separately? Thanxxxxxxx Lonnie

Hi Lonnie Yes the 2 Barrel Carburetor would be everything you need, you would use your original linkage and the air cleaner comes with it. You would also be wise to use the MRG9710 fuel pressure regulator as they like about 3 psi to run best. Thanks

Does anyone have a picture or diagram on how the throttle linkage hooks up from a 1982 CJ5 2.5L GM to an Weber WK491.

Hey Harry, sorry but we do not have that diagram for you. You might want to call Webber direct to get that. Thanks for your question.
