Replacement gauge that reads 5-85 mph and fits into stock location on 4 studs. Gauge has 6 bulb locations for cluster and comes with fuel and temperature gauge. In tank fuel sending unit may have to be calibrated for the fuel gauge to work properly.
Is it possible to reset the odometer to match the miles shown on the unit I'm replacing? (Can I set it to 170,000 miles before I install it?) My Jeep is a 1985 CJ7 with stock sending units. I plan to also replace the cable.

Phil, Due to differing laws about the odometer you will have to check your local laws to find out if you can. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

what is the ohms at full & empty reading for the fuel gauge? What temperature sender part # matches the temp gauge?
Asked by JtK19541990 from on
Hello! For this fuel gauge you will see the following readings: With an empty tank: 73 ohms With a full tank: 10 ohms Your stock/OEM sender should work, but if you don't have that one, try this Crown Automotive part : http://jo.my/cj_temp_sender http://jo.my/cj_temp_sender
