Hi JBP, This Stainless Steel Brakes Rear Drum to Disc Brake Conversion Kit includes the rotors, pads calipers, braided hoses and mounting hardware. The shields are not included. Great question, thanks for your inquiry.

Hello! The SSBC Rear Drum to Disc Brake conversion kit does have the e-brake built in to the calipers. There is a lever on the calipers to attach the e-brake cables to. Thanks!
