What are the resistance specs in order for this gauge to work correctly? In other words the sending unit will provide a resistance for an empty tank as well as a full tank.I want to use this on a 1939 Buick Century which has a 6 volt negative ground system.

Hello, With this gauge it reads 7-9 ohms full and 130-140 ohms empty. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask, Thank you.
