"I recently ordered the 1 pc. axle kit and 4.56 R&P gear from your site, and when I did the vendor had messed up the part number and it was sending me a Dana 30 and the parts are supposed to be for a AMC 20. Kelley Young helped me BIG time by getting the order fixed and ready without charging me anything extra for either your or the new vendors(G2 Products) mess up. This is great for Business and was the right thing to do, had it gone the other direction I'd of took business else were,and canceled my current order. I've ordered bout $1,500 worth of products from you and will be ordern another $10,000 worth before its all over and done with, Its not a lot but im not a vendor of any kind so its a lot to me. That said you'll have repeat business from me and anyone who ask me who the best place to get parts from, instead of me sayn dont go there i'll be tellin them "Dont go anywhere else". Once again thank you for the professionalism of your staff, my jeep means a lot to me I started it with my father who has passed on, so I appreciate the turn around time and manner of the response of fixing my order and not being charged any extra for the different part or shipping cost. Thank you for your time and patience in reading this letter, I felt the need to send it because the last 3 times I ordered this happened as well(was sent wrangler parts and not CJ) and no one helped me in anyway or form, it made me go to the local 4x4 shop for new carb and other things but from now on I'll be stayn with yall. "I want to say thank you to the nice lady who took my order. Her name was Jackie and she was excellent. I had just had a hard time with an order with a competitor and was feeling very frustrated. After waiting on hold a while (recording said everyone was busy), she came on the line and took care of my needs, and even went above and beyond her duties by checking the part availability with a supplier. I was told the part would be at least until April 9th before shipping. I received it today, about 3 days! I’m impressed.

"Hi 4WD Folks!
I would like to take a moment to say thank you. My Jeep is currently under the knife preparing to receive a lift while I am finishing a year long deployment in Afghanistan. My mechanic had ordered a Rubicon Express lift from another "large" online 4x4 retailer only to find out a week later that not only was the lift not shipped, but it was back ordered for 6 weeks. Unacceptable customer service, in my opinion. Unfortunately, that meant that my Jeep would be out of commission for an entire month and a half (or more) after I got home. That may not seem like a huge deal to someone on the outside looking in, but getting all this work done on my Jeep was a sort of present to myself for getting shot at and blown up for the last year. To be honest, other than putting my arms around my family, coming home and driving my Wrangler is one of the things I am looking forward to the most. It may sound crazy, but it is the absolute truth. Thankfully, when I called 4WD.com, and spoke with Jim (x.806) he was more than happy to help me locate the exact kit that no-one else had.
I explained my situation and he was eager check the warehouses, etc. Bravo, Bob. You are a consummate professional.
I am a firm believer in letting people know when they have done a superb job- hence the reason for this email. You have gained a customer for life.
