Correct alignment and handling problems on lifted vehicles with our front adjustable chromoly track bar. Easy installation works on vehicles with 3.5 inch - 4.5 inch of lift. Allows for more wheel travel than the stock unit and features a replaceable rod end for easier future maintenance.
These arms are used in conjunction with the RE4020 arms to convert the factory four link to a radius arm design. This change improves ride, handling, and driveline geometry in your lifted Jeep. This arm is constructed out of 2 inch x 1/4 inch wall 4130 chromoly and is nearly bulletproof. The arms are adjustable and feature our Super-Flex joints for increased axle articulation.
Long arm conversion pan for TJ Wrangler 97-02. The long arm conversion pan is the heart of the RE7200 series lift kits. This is the new mounting point for all of the control arms, as well as the transmission and transfer case. The brackets are designed to strengthen the frame, while the convenient drop out center section allows for easy transfer case and transmission service without having to remove suspensioncomponents. The pan increases ground clearance by nearly an inch. Mounting this pan requires modification of the exhaust hanger bracket on some vehicles.
Cam bolt kit for TJ Wrangler rear upper arms. This kit allows for adjustment of pinion angle in rear of TJ for proper driveline phasing. Usually gives only 2-3 degrees of adjustment. A cheap alternative to our adjustable upper control arms.
Extended rear shackles for XJ, 1.25 inch lift. H.D. shackle features greasable bushing and will lift rear of Cherokee 1.25 inch. A must for maximizing wheel travel on aftermarket spring packs. Black powder coat and clearance for bumper bolts.
We make these shims from solid steel for maximum durability. Designed to handle the rigors of trail use, these shims actually become part of the spring pack. Many other shims on the market float between the spring pack and the spring perch reducing the engagement of the center pin. Our design will not come loose or fall out. Can be used front or rear to set pinion angles. 2.5 inch wide springs only.
U-bolt skid plate for 2.5 inch springs. Will work front or rear on axles up to 3.25 inch in diameter. U-bolt sizes up to 9/16 inch. Has built in threaded mounts and hardware for shock mounts or sway bar end links.
Add a double main leaf to your factory YJ spring pack to put positive arch back into the leaf pack. Designed specifically for spring-over applications and where extra load capacity is needed. Still very flexible when installed, minimizes axle wrap.
