Trail Gear's Trail-Creeper gears are made from tool-grade 8620 steel and heat-treated for maximum strength and wear resistance. The gear teeth are cut using Gleason CNC hobbing machines & cutters. Gleason gear-cutting technology produces an unprecedented level of accuracy and surface finish, which allows the gears to transmit more torque and improve fuel efficiency. The higher accuracy and surface finish also produces a quieter-running gear set, which means they will work great on the daily driver too.
Trail Gears' differential setup kits features factory Toyota pinion and carrier bearings, factory Toyota pinion seal, complete shim kit, Toyota Crush Sleeve and ring gear bolts for a complete quality rebuild.
These Dana 60 set up kits from Trail Gear are made using quality Timken bearings and races and will work with both standard and reverse cut gear sets, all ratio carriers, and both front or rear axle housings.
