Design Engineering, based in Avon Lake, Ohio, is an innovation powerhouse when it comes to thermal tuning products. Jeep exhaust wraps, heat shields, boot and wire protection are just some of the products created by Design Engineering in their technologically sophisticated four acre campus out in Ohio. SEMA awarded Design Engineering with the Best New Performance-Racing Product Award in 2003 for their innovative design of their cryogenic intake system called CryO2 . Also invented by Design Engineering is Ny-Trex, a tri-valve solenoid which combines fuel plus purge plus nitrous oxide together to give your Jeep some zoom zoom.
