Your factory hose may be all rubber and over time it can decompose or become brittle and cracked. 4WD carries a line of sturdy aftermarket brake line sets in which the rubber inner hose is wrapped in a thick stainless steel braided rope hose or sports an even sturdier all steel line hose.
