OFFICIAL RULES – 4 Wheel Drive Hardware Monthly Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. Entry. You are entered into the monthly Giveaway by choosing to do so when filling the form. Giveaway entries will be accepted beginning the first day of each month and ending the last day of each month. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, of the last day of the month.
All entries become the property of 4 Wheel Drive Hardware LLC (4WDH). Only one entry per contestant per month, e-mail and mailing/postal address must be included. Only valid e-mail addresses will be included in the draw. Multiple submissions and free e-mail addresses will not be included in the drawing. This is our way of making this Giveaway as fair as possible to all involved.
2. Eligibility. The monthly Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees, agents and family members of employees and/or agents of 4 Wheel Drive Hardware, or any of their respective affiliates and/or related companies, are ineligible to receive prize.
3. Winner Selection. A Winner will be selected by 4WDH in a random drawing from among all entries received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time of the last day of the month. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Entries not chosen will NOT remain in the pool for all subsequent drawings, if any. Each winner will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail within five (5) days of drawing. If Prize is not claimed within three (5) days of notification, Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Upon receipt of confirmation, prize will be sent to winner. Only one winner per month/contest and only one winner per 3 month period.
4. Prizes. The prizes will be defined on the Giveaway page. It will be one item from our stock. There will be no Prize substitution. There are no charges involved in the Giveaway. You will not be charged shipping and handling fee or any other fee to enter and win. We will contact you for final product and shipping arrangements.
5. General. Limit one winner per household. Entries become the sole property of 4WDH. 4WDH is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, postage-due entries.
6. Conditions of Participation. By submitting an entry, participants agree: (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of 4WDH in all matters regarding the Giveaway, which decisions shall be final; (b) to release 4WDH, their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective directors and employees and agents from any and all liability, claims and damages resulting from their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of a Prize; and (c) if a winner, grant to 4WDH the right to post name and residence on the 4wd.com website and/or Newsletter as a winner and to use name and residence for advertising and publicity purposes and agree to provide such consent in writing upon request.
7. Disclaimer. 4WDH, and their agents are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of 4WDH to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. 4WDH is not responsible for injury or damage to any entrant's, or any other, computer resulting from playing, or downloading or printing any materials in the Giveaway. 4WHD reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel the give-way in its entirety or in part if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws; and should such an attempt be made, 4WDH reserves the right to prosecute any such individual to the full extent of the law. 8. Winners' List. Names of winners may be posted on 4WD.com website and/or Newsletters.
