  JKS Manufacturing Swaybar Disconnects

  Increase the wheel travel on your Jeep anywhere 3-5” by disconnecting the swaybar of the stock Jeep suspension. It's a straightforward procedure. Just pull the lynch pin so you can swing the swaybar away. Each set of JKS Manufacturing swaybar quick disconnects are machined from 7/8" solid stock with gloss black powdercoat. They include polyurethane bushings and grade-5 lynch pins.

  JKS Manufacturing Adjustable Front Track Bars

  Centering your Jeep axle is easier than you knew. To tune the axle center precisely, just turn the adjuster once. The result is an axle shift of about 1/16". Each JKS Manufacturing adjustable front track bar uses a fully re-buildable and greasable "Johnny Joint," a zinc-plated adjuster, and OEM-style rubber bushings. The track bars are made from 1¼" x .156" DOM tubing with a black powdercoat finish.

  JKS Manufacturing Adjustable Control Arms

  With fully adjustable JKS Manufacturing control arms, you have the true control. These control arms are stronger and more durable than any other control arms on the market. Once you install them on your Jeep, you'll gain more than 3” of adjustment. To change the length, just remove one end of the control arm and rotate it until you have the length you need. Once you hit the road, the Jeep control arms will rotate or twist so the axle can flex easily. On both ends of the control arm are OEM bushings, which will reduce noise while driving. Pre-greased and sealed with a spring-loaded crankshaft-style seal, these control arms are also zinc plated and treated with a black powdercoat. Control arms are sold in pairs to be used with any Jeep lift kit.

  JKS Manufacturing Adjustable Coilover Spacers (ACOS™)

  The issue with many aftermarket coil spacers is that they only come in certain sizes, and the available sizes don't necessarily fit every Jeep or Jeep owner's needs. With JKS Manufacturing adjustable coilover spacers (ACOS), you get to adjust the height of your lift to exactly what you need. Once installed, you can customize the lift amount to fine tune your suspension and compensate for extra weight that may have come from winches, bumpers, larger tires, sagging springs, or a leveling kit. Adjust from front to back or side to side. Start at the minimum 1¼" of lift and move up from there. These are installed on your Jeep front coil suspension.

  Are you tired of playing the guessing game of choosing the right length of bumpstop? JKS Manufacturing aluminum bumpstops solve that problem. With three sizes, these adjustable, interlocking bumpstop spacers provide many more options. Try various combinations to provide six different bumpstop lengths, from .75" to 4". Best of all, you can adjust the length without removing the coil springs for an incredibly simple installation.

  JKS Manufacturing Shock Conversions

  Are you hearing an aggravating thumping sound from your shocks every time you drive? The problem is likely the OEM bar pin, which doesn't preload or compress the bushing, allowing it to move around freely and make annoying noises. This JKS Manufacturing shock conversion provides a bar pin eliminator, which does preload and compress the bushing so that the shock eye is completely filled. This means no more movement and a noise-free ride.
