The Model 35's weakness has been well documented. 4-wheelers have discovered it's small 27 spline axles are not strong enough for a rear axle and when coupled with a locker it's only a matter of time before shafts start breaking. The Dana 35c is the axle used in all YJs (Wrangler) from '87-'95 and it is the standard axle in the TJ (Wrangler), ZJ (Grand Cherokee), MJ (Comanche), and XJ (Cherokee).

Developed to keep dirt and grime from entering the axle tube and destroying critical components. Seal body is made from T6 Aluminum with two internal o-ring grooves to insure fitment and Anodized to protect from corrosion. External seals are highly pliable to work with different axle shaft diameters and allows for long seal life. These front axle tube seals are compatible with Superior High Strength Alloy axle shafts as well as with stock axle shafts.
