Solid Axle Heavy Duty TJ Dana 44 Rear Axle Assemblies

The Solid Axle HD 44 is centered on their own engineered High Quality Nodular Iron 44 low pinion housing, featuring ½ inch wall DOM axle tubes. The assembly is fitted with premium components including a 35 Spline ARB, Alloy Axles, Wilwood Brakes, Precision Gear’s, Timken Bearings, and Goodridge Brake Lines, Dual 5x 5 ½” or 5x 4 ½” bolt pattern. This is a bolt in upgrade for any TJ owner.

Applications available with: 4.10 gears, 4.56 gears, 4.88 gears, 5.13 gears or 5.38 gears.

Constructed from heat-treated 100% ductile steel and reinforced with ¼” thick ribs with fully machined gasket surfaces and bolt seats, Solid Axle Differential Covers’ heavy duty composition and intuitive design help it to earn its name. Kit includes cover, mounting bolts, and RTV silicone.
Applications available: Dana 30, Dana 35, Dana 44, Dana 60, Ford 8.8 and GM Corp. 14 bolt.
