Designed for use with 6 or 8 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission,
this direct bolt-in aluminum conversion radiator boasts a 20-40 degree
temperature drop over conventional cooper/brass radiators. Its unique cross flow
design consists of two 1-core rows which offer better flow and more cooling
capacity than most heavy-duty 4-core radiators. This radiator is specifically
designed for high horsepower motors, trailer towing, back-country rock crawling
and for normal/medium powered stock vehicles working in extremely high
temperature conditions. This radiator is also great if you're just looking for
more efficient cooling. Be Cool radiators have a greater life cycle than the
original equipment while weighing 40% less. All tanks and brackets are hand
built with .080" wall thickness alloy and are fully pressure tested. All units
come with cast-filler necks, petcocks and fittings. Be Cool radiators are
compatible with all major brands of anti-freeze and are handcrafted in the US.

Modular Conversion Jeep Radiator Kits
All in one kit. Each Be Cool Module System includes a genuine Be Cool cross flow
aluminum radiator, a high torque, European style electric fan in a euro black
finish, aluminum fan mounting brackets, electric fan wiring harness, a
diamond-cut, vented coolant recovery tank, a billet Be Cool radiator cap and all
necessary hardware. *These radiators will not work with the stock fan shroud.
Radiator Caps
Manufactured of billet aluminum, these radiator caps complement any Be Cool
Direct Fit Aluminum Conversion Radiators. Available in Round or Octagon styles.
Billet Aluminum Recovery Tank
Made of Diamond-Cut billet aluminum, this vented fluid recovery tank is a 7"L
x 3" diameter cylinder with fittings and mounting bracket.
Automatic Transmission Line Fitting
**Per BE-COOL, 95% of customers will need this fitting to complete the
installation. There are two required for each install. On a rare occasion when
customer chooses to use AN (Army Navy fittings) our fitting would not be
required. Sold individually.
Electric Jeep Fans
Increase horsepower by replacing your mechanical fan with Be Cool electric
fans. Improving airflow is one key to maintaining your vehicle's operating
temperature. This 16" high torque fan will provide substantial air flow
increases compared to the stock mechanical fan at idle or low vehicle speed.
When used in conjunction with a Be Cool radiator, vehicle will operate at or
near the thermostat temperature. This fan produces 2360 CFM at only 12 volts
drawing 16 amps and fan motor has a life cycle of 6000 hours. Fans include
universal mounting brackets. Wiring sold separately.
Electric Fan Brackets
For use with Be Cool fan and radiator, the ultimate in reliability and ease
of installation. Kit includes 4 aluminum brackets and 4 rubber bumpers to
achieve proper fan mounting.
Fan Controls
Standard fan control kit automatically turns the fan on at 195 degrees and off
at 180 degrees. The adjustable fan control kits allow for adjustable temperature
settings and on-off fan operation. Includes aluminum control box, LED light, fan
activation sending unit, and necessary wiring. Adjustable controls must be
matched to temperature gauge type (mechanical or electrical).
