Upgrade your Stock 27 Spline Axles to 30 Spline! These Superior Evolution Series
Super 30 Front Axle kits come with an ARB Locker, 30 spline left & right
axles with "Rolled" splines which are 35% stronger than Competitors Cut Splines
with u-joints installed, Timken™ bearings, axle seals and shims.

Upgrading to one piece axles is probably the best single improvement for the AMC
Model 20 rear axle. If it's strength and dependability you're looking for then
you want a forged aloot heat-treated shaft and Superior is among the best of them. They back their axles with a 5 year warranty and include all necessary
parts in the kits; threaded-in wheel studs, Timken bearing, seals and lock ring.

This axle kit will work with rear drum or rear disc brakes, axle hubs have
5x4.5" & 5x5.5" bolt pattern. These kits are designed and engineered
in-house to be the best axles on the market! Each axle kit features larger
splines for extreme duty applications, and dual bolt patterns for upgrading to
larger studs. All Superior axle shafts use a cold-formed rolled spline process
that produces an axle spline up to 35% stronger than cut splines. Just need an individual model 44 axle shaft? Look here for the driver side or passenger side.

Larger u-jointscan help fight the battle of broken shafts on the trail. These
Chromolly shafts from Superior are machined for Model 30 & 44 front axles
and use the Larger Spicer® 760X type universal joint (stock joint is a 260X
type). Comes with a 10-Year Warranty. Spindle Seal kit included. Does not
include bearings.

The Model 35's weakness has been well documented. 4-wheelers have discovered
it's small 27 spline axles are not strong enough for a rear axle and when
coupled with a locker it's only a matter of time before shafts start breaking.
Solving the dilemma is Superior's new 30 spline axle shafts (same as Dana 44)
and special 30 spline Detroit Locker that accepts model 35 ring and pinions. New
oversize Timken bearings are included along with seals and wheel studs to round
out the package. 5 year warranty on axles!

Same idea as the Super 35, but made for the Jeep® TJ equipped with the Dana 44.
This kit upgrades the axles to 33 spline! Kit is complete with heavy-duty alloy
axle shafts with "rolled" spline’s that are up to 40% stronger than stock axle
shafts. Kit includes: differential bearings, axle bearings and seals and a
Detroit Soflocker.

The Super 8.8™ Axle System features a 35% Increase in strength over stock
applications. The system fits 1995 and newer Ford Explorers and Mercury
Mountaineer 8.8 axle housings with disc brakes and drum brakes. The kit comes
complete with the following: Two USA-made 31 spline 4340 chrome molly axles. The
axles feature a thicker flange and increased radius to the body for a real
strength increase for those side hill moments. This design provides more
strength than some aftermarket designs that only increase the thickness of the
flange. Two heavy-duty machined axle retainers with spacer rings. Complete set
of 3/4 ton Timken Roller Bearings™ and Seals. Two C-Clip eliminators, Ten 1/2-20
threaded studs and two axle badges to show your Superior pride. The Super 88™
Axle System requires some cutting but no welding. On average it can be installed
in your driveway in under 2 hours.

Developed to keep dirt and grime from entering the axle tube and destroying
critical components. Seal body is made from T6 Aluminum with two internal o-ring
grooves to insure fitment and Anodized to protect from corrosion. External seals
are highly pliable to work with different axle shaft diameters and allows for
long seal life. These front axle tube seals are compatible with Superior High
Strength Alloy axle shafts as well as with stock axle shafts.
