Two Jeep enthusiasts looking to improve the quality and performance of products
available to off roaders founded Rubicon Express in 1996. Located moments from
the Rubicon Trail, Rubicon product are real-world tested to ensure the highest
quality, comfort, and safety.
Our Goal is to provide Jeep enthusiasts with suspension components of the
highest quality and greatest value. Our staff members are all Jeepers, and will

Designed as a complete replacement suspension system, the Extreme Duty™
Suspension System maintains proper control arm and steering geometry through the
use of the heavy-duty, longer than stock control arms. The given is improved
stability; the bonuses are reduced torque roll, enhanced traction, and climbing
ability. Shocks not included.
Slip Yoke Eliminator and CV Driveshaft required for Non-Rubicon models with
NP231 T/C. May require front driveshaft modification due to increased travel.

available in either a 4.5" or 3.5" kit. Combining superior flexibility and
handling, this kit will give your TJ the on and off-road prowess you’re looking
for. Shocks not included.

This standard kit is a perfect entry-level choice for those looking to run
33" tires on a smaller budget. The 3.5" Standard kit includes springs and bump
stops, but retains stock control arms and track bars. On and off-road
performance of this kit is excellent and is easily upgradeable to the
Super-Flex™. Shocks not included.

For those looking to gain 2-inches of clearance on their TJ at a very
affordable price, the RE7030 Economy kit is a great way to gain more tire
clearance and flexibility without sacrificing ride quality. This kit is simple
to install with 2-inch coil spacers at all four corners in conjunction with
longer-travel specifically valved shocks.
