G2 complete axle assemblies are ready to bolt directly into a Jeep TJ. They are assembled with the finest components, including G2 OEM ring & pinions, Timken bearings, G2 axle shafts, and multiple differentials/lockers. The front axle assemblies come with new ball joints and require that you use the existing outer steering knuckles and brake assemblies from your Dana 30.

They are assembled with the finest components, including G2 OEM ring & pinions, Timken bearings, G2 axle shafts, and multiple differentials/lockers. The rear axle assembly can use the existing drum brakes, or you can upgrade to disc brakes for better performance.

G2 aluminum differential covers are manufactured from Heat Treated Aluminum, and are designed to dissipate heat while withstanding the rigors of the off road environment. Cast from a proprietary alloy developed for motorcycle engines, these covers not only cool your oil, they are designed and tested to add rigidity to your housing and protect the ring & pinion from damage.

G2 offers a full line of high strength 4340 chrome/nickel, or Chromoly, axles designed to handle the punishment of off-road driving, increased loads of oversized tires, and the high torque produced by today’s ultra low-geared vehicles. These axles are forged from high tensile strength 4340 alloy with particular attention to key weak areas of the original design. Additional material is added to the yoke area surrounding the U-joint cap to prevent distortion, which can lead to damaged bearings.

If you are re-gearing a new or very low mileage vehicle, you may consider using our G2 Installation kits. They include all the necessary components such as National oil seals, complete shim kit, crush sleeve (if Applicable), ring gear bolts, cover gasket (or silicone) and gear marking compound in one complete package. The only difference between these kits and our Master Overhaul Kits are that they do not include bearings.

These kits come with Timken tapered bearings, National oil seals, complete shim kits, crush sleeve (if applicable), ring gear bolts, cover gasket (or silicone) and gear marking compound in one complete package. They are ideal for high mileage vehicles, and eliminate the risk of using damaged bearings that may occur during the removal/transfer process.
