Established in 1989, Fabtech started as a small custom fabrication shop specializing in building suspensions for PreRunners and Race Trucks. Fabtech has since grown into a world class manufacturer of Suspension Systems and accessories for the offroad enthusiast. Fabtech operates a 140,000 square foot facility in Chine, CA. performing all phases of R&D and manufacturing in house. Suspension designs are created internally and hand crafted by Fabtech's team of Race Shop fabricators and engineers for proper functionality and performance. State of the art CNC lasers, mills, lathes and welders construct each component for exceptional quality control and superior strength. For JK owners that require the ultimate in off-road performance Fabtech offers a 5" Crawler system that will allow use of 37" tall tires for aggressive off-road use. The front system features a conversion from the factory 4 link arms to our proven Radius Arm design. The adjustable Radius Arm links are constructed of 5/16" thick steel for maximum dent resistance with rotational urethane joints at each end for unrestricted articulation. These new Radius Arms mount to a 1/4" thick steel cross member that bolts to the frame under the transmission.

Fabtech’s 5" Short Arm system utilizes the 5" coil springs. This system includes adjustable upper and lower urethane end control arms, replacement pitman arm, performance shocks, front and rear trac bar relocation brackets, additional weld on trac bar brackets are provided to reinforce the weak factory axle mounting points, sway bar links, brake line brackets, front and rear bump stop mounts and more. Proper front end alignment is insured with this system due to the adjustable ends enabling proper caster and pinion angle adjustments. This system capitalizes on Jeep's very capable factory suspension design with the benefit of additional wheel well clearance to run 37" tall tires for all around on and off-road performance.

This kit is built for the hardcore rock crawler that demands maximum ground clearance and articulation to handle Class 5 Trails with ease! This heavy duty system features a Radius Arm Front Suspension with 2" D.O.M., 5/16" thick links that pivot on proven Rotational Urethane Joints attaching to the stock axle brackets. The rear suspension is a 3-Link System with a massive tubular dimple die upper Wishbone that attaches to the frame end with Rotational Urethane Joints and to a one piece axle bracket with a 1 spherical bearing. Lower rear links are 2" D.O.M., 5/16" thick and also attach using Rotational Urethane Joints. Everything is connected by a 1/4 thick Transfer Case Skid Pan that is covered with a High Density Plastic Skid Cover.

This 6" Long Arm System redefines what a heavy duty articulating Jeep system should be! By eliminating the stock link pockets altogether so that the upper and lower link can function on the same equal plane and combining this equal plane geometry with extended link arms with rotational urethane "Johnnie" joints, Fabtech has created a system that will climb and crawl over just about anything you put in front of it! The extended length link arms mount to a massive one piece welded transfer case crossmember that utilizes the stock transfer case skid plate. The system also includes adjustable front and rear trac bars, shock mount relocation brackets, drop pitman arm, oversized sway bar quick disconnects, brake hoses, 6" extended length coils, and four Performance Shocks. This system allows the use of a 35x12.50R15 tire on a 15" x 8" wheel! Available in Black.

To design this system Fabtech started with their 4" Performance System and then removed the transfer case spacers for use with a CV fixed yoke rear driveshaft. The result is higher ground clearance at the bottom of the transfer case skid plate. Also included in the system are rear axle eccentric cams to dial in the CV driveshaft angle as required, bump stop extensions, sway bar disconnects, drop pitman arm, front and rear trac bar drop brackets, four heavy wall tubular lower link arms with rotational urethane pivot joints on each end, 4" extended length coils, and four Performance Shocks. The 4" Performance System features four heavy wall tubular lower link arms with rotational urethane "Johnnie" joints on each end that provide great articulation without the noisy highway ride. This kit offers the same great features as the original 4" Performance System but uses conventional urethane bushings in the lower link arm ends in place of the rotational urethane pivot joints. Also included in this system are bump stop extensions, extended sway bar links, drop pitman arm, rear trac bar drop bracket, 4" extended length coils, and four Performance Shocks. Available in Black.

Fabtech’s 2.5" Adjustable System for 1997-04 TJ Wranglers features an adjustable coil spring seat that works with the stock front and rear coils or aftermarket springs. The vehicle can be adjusted front to rear to compensate for heavy cargo or a winch. The system also includes extended length bump stops, a spanner wrench to allow adjustment with the vehicle on the ground, and four Performance Shocks.

In the late eighties and early nineties the Jeep YJ dominated the trail only to be replaced by the more capable TJ in 1997. Fabtech revitalizes the capability of the YJ with the introduction of our high end 8" Crawler System for 1987-1995 Jeep YJ’s. As a bolt on installation this system replaces the factory front leaf springs with our Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks and tubular Radius Arms as found in our TJ Crawler systems. The rear features a spring over design with Soft Ride Leaf Springs, extended length Shackles and a Floating Traction Bar. This Crawler suspension can be order as a complete system or as a separate front and rear system. Install this Crawler system with our optional high clearance 1/ 4" thick steel transfer case skid pan on your YJ and you’ll leave the TJ guys behind.

The YJ Wrangler 3-1/2" Performance System includes heavy duty front and rear military wrap leaf springs that feature nylon glide pads between each leaf for a friction free ride. The front springs use 5 leaves while the rear packs use 4 leaves. This system comes complete with a transfer case lowering kit, drop pitman arm, extended sway bar links, trac bar relocation brackets, and four Performance Shocks

Using the same construction as our Performance shocks these Performance Steering Stabilizers will reduce front end shimmy from oversized tires and wheels. Fits with OE hardware.

Designed specifically for use with the Fabtech TJ High Clearance Crawler System, this high quality stainless steel system replaces the stock assembly and allows proper clearance for the large upper rear wishbone. The performance muffler included in this system may increase the noise level of the exhaust slightly.
