Daystar Poly Flex Control Arms are designed for Jeep enthusiasts by Jeep enthusiasts. Constructed of heavy-gauge tubing, these arms use a combination of our Poly Flex Joints and our Poly Joints to maximize suspension travel and articulation. Poly Flex Joints are a specially designed joint that features a spherical ball encased in a special blend of polyurethane. Housed in a steel outer shell, the joint allows the arms a greater range of control arm movement without binding in its attachment points. Unlike a traditional heim joint, the Poly Flex joint does not make noise and is completely rebuildable. At the other end, our Poly Joint features a Polyurethane bushing that is specially designed to move and deflect as the suspension articulates. Daystar's Poly Flex Control arms are also adjustable to dial in caster and driveline angles.

Suspension designs that utilize control arms offer several benefits over solid-axle designs. However, the bushings that serve as the pivot points for the control arms get a real work out, and over time, they wear out. Symptoms of worn control arm bushings include suspension noise and clunking while cornering and the inability to hold an alignment. Daystar Control Arm Bushings are a significant upgrade over the rubber bushings most suspension systems use because they are resistant to vehicle fluids and road grime. They offer less deflection under load and superior wear characteristics. These bushings make the perfect upgrade when replacing worn factory bushings and for high-load applications, such as heavy hauling or vehicles that frequently go off-road.

Each kit features 8 bushings, 4 grade 5 bolts with grease fittings and 4 locking nuts. The specially designed shackle bushings are fluted for even lubrication. Note: fits front or rear, but will not work with U-type shackles.

Daystar Lift Kits work within the factory suspension design, meaning that we work within the factory's design parameters to achieve an increase in ride height. Because we work within the factory design, there are not a bunch additional modifications involved that adds complexity and expense to the kit. Everything needed is included in the kit; there's everything you need and nothing you don't. If there are extra items required, such as longer shocks, it's clearly stated in the application description.

Daystar offers a “why didn’t I think of that” solution to jac k storage with the Jack Isolator.
This simple urethane piece slides over the main body of the jack and provides secure rattle-free storage for the handle – the primary source of rattles when the jack is not in use.
Newly designed isolators allow it to slide over the jack’s upper clamp without disassembly and have an ergonomic fit for easy installation / removal.
Available in black, red, blue, and yellow.

Designed for use with Daystar's Switch Panels, these OE-quality rocker switches can handle the switching duties of most aftermarket accessories. They feature a 20-amp marine-grade 3-pole design that are illuminated in one of four colors: Red, Green, Blue, and Amber. They also fit selected switch blanks present on some OE dashes.

The Daystar D-Ring Isolators install on any standard 3/4" shackle and are constructed of a durable Polyurethane material. They simply snap into place and can be installed or removed in moments. Polyurethane acts as an isolator for the shackle and prevents the shackle from tapping against a bumper or any other recovery point when the vehicle is in motion. The Isolator also protects your bumper’s finish from scratches caused by D-Ring contact.

Daystar’s Rope Rollers are constructed of durable polyurethane material for superior chafing resistance. Polyurethane provides a smooth surface for the rope to slide against while being virtually unbreakable. Designed to withstand the tremendous forces that a modern winch can dish out, the Rope Rollers will not groove or gall during angled pulls. They work with any standard 5,000-9,000-lb. roller fairlead regardless of the manufacturer.

As practical as sliced bread, the Daystar™ Winch Isolator stops the rattles while giving you a practicle place to secure your winch hook. Installation is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Simply disconnect your winch hook, run your cable through the isolator and reinstall your hook. You're done!Once installed the Daystar™ Isolator rests between the rollers of your fairlead and will not interfere with winching operations.
