BTF Bumpers are laser cut from high strength steel and precision formed on a CNC press brake. These bumpers are not made from simple "box tube". The bumper body is constructed from 3/16" thick steel and measures 53" wide to the ends. The internal structure of the bumper is made from 1/4" plate. It bolts into the factory bolt holes on the rear of the Jeep and also bolts to 2 factory bolt holes on the bottom of the frame. Our rear bumper is now offered exclusively with our logo (BTF) laser cut into each end of the rear of the bumper.

BTF Rocker Guards are a great way to protect your rockers from trail damage and provide a great mounting base for the a-pillar of your custom roll cage.
The 3/16" high-strength steel plate not only protects but also adds to the look of your trail machine. The rockers guards ship with our logo (BTF) cut into the side.
The rockers are easy to install with provided stainless steel counter-sunk hardware.
These rocker guards are available with steel tube side steps for added protection.

The winch plate is fabricated from 1/4" thick laser cut P&O steel plate. It is then formed on a CNC press brake. The plates are designed to be used with the BTF bumper line.

All of the Kryptonite Series Diff Covers are fabricated with 1/4" steel plate for the cover and has 3/8" steel ring for the base.
With a 3/8" thick steel ring, the cover is built to resist "peel up" as you drag your diff over rocks and other terrain.

BTF Rear Truss Systems are the perfect answer for anyone looking to build a 4 link suspension. The truss system was designed on state of the art 3D CAD software for a perfect fit part. The main body of the truss is laser cut from a huge 1/2" high-strength steel plate. The parts are then formed on a CNC press brake. The truss ties into the diff cover provided with the kit for extra strength. The four link tabs provided with the kit are laser cut from 5/16" plate. The tabs weld to the top of the truss.

Approximately 3" wide x 3" tall x 3/16" thick with a square edge. The gussets could be ground on each edge to work in slightly more acute or obtuse angles. They could be used in a variety of cage design or suspension/bumper reinforcement situations. The gussets are cut from high-strength steel plate.
