  These affordable high strength gear sets come in all the popular ratios to satisfy everyone's gearing needs. Oversized tires require higher ring & pinion ratios to restore performance. Made from high quality 8620 forgings and Gleason gear cutting technology, these gears are made to last. Complete Overhaul Kits are available separately to complete the job. Exclusive 3-Year warranty. Available in 3.73, 4.10, 4.56, 4.88 & 5.13 ratios. The 5.13 ratio is available only for Dana 44 axles.

  Chromoly D30 Jeep Front Axle Kits

  High tensile strength 4340 Chromoly is heat-treated twice to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 30% stronger. Exclusive 10-Year warranty. Shafts come completely assembled with inner and outer shafts, U-joints and full circle clips. Sets include both passenger and driver sides. Available with stock 27 splines or custom 30 spline shaft ends.

  Model 20 One-Piece Jeep Rear Axle Kits

  Alloy USA Model 20 One Piece Axle Kits feature the highest quality materials, CNC machining and heat-treatment. Affordable reliability with a 15-Year Warranty on shafts. Kits come complete with both axle shafts, bearings, seals.

  High Strenght Jeep Rear Axle Kits

  Hi-strength alloy is double heat-treated to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 35% stronger over stock. Exclusive 10-Year warranty. Shafts come complete with both passenger and driver side shafts, bearings, seals and wheel studs. Available with 30 spline upgrade shaft ends for Dana 35 axles. Dana 44 shafts are available with stock 30 splines or 33 spline upgrade.

  Alloy X-Joints

  X-joint is an aftermarket replacement U-joint for 5-297X & 5-760X U-joints. It’s made from forged 8620 gear steel, through hardened for increased strength. The cross is coated for added protection against wear. It comes packaged with full circle clips and grease fittings.

  Jeep Front Axle Tube Seals

  Keep water, mud and debris from entering your front axle housing. These CNC machined aluminum housings feature double sealing to provide that extra protection from the elements. Available in (02) Red, (03) Black and (04) Silver Anodized finishes. Sold in Pairs.
