Constructed of tough, high quality nylon web encasing a red Warning marker to indicate damaged webbing. End loops are reinforced with abrasion-resistant Cordura wear pads. Warn Premium recovery straps include an 18" Cordura nylon sliding sleeve to help prevent excessive wear caused by exposure to sharp objects.

Damaged wire rope must be replaced to safely operate any winch. Constructed of aircraft wire rope and galvanized to help resist corrosion. Includes swaged loop on one end, and wire rope terminal on the other.

Warn incorporates their off-road experience to deliver a tough, durable "well thought out" bumper. Tapered ends increase approach angles, pre-drilled holes for auxiliary lights, front clevis mounts and rear 2" receiver hitch to increase recovery options. Bumpers are laser cut using 3/16" thick steel and CNC formed, black powder coat adds the finishing touches. Warn winch mounts sold separately. Add on the Warn Receiver Shackle Bracket for off road use.

The Warn tire carrier is designed to carry heavier tires (up to 36") and attach to the Warn Tire Carrier bumper (sold separately). The pivot is a beefy 1-1/2" solid steel shaft pin. The shaft is welded, not bolted. Structural t-joint welds (vs. corner welds) mean the bumper holds up in the long run Period! Polyurethane pad reduces rattling. Includes frame-reinforcing brackets.

Warn hubs are the people's choice. Look at any 4 wheel drive magazine and the premium Warn hub can be seen on several Jeeps. Warn invented the lockout hub as we know it today dating back to the 1940's and 50's. Warn hubs are the first choice with 4x4 manufacturers such as Chrysler, GM, Ford and the old AMC Jeep Corporation.

Warn’s kit for a front axle hub conversion is a popular upgrade for newer Wranglers and 1972-86 CJ’s. Without the lock-out hub design, the Wrangler’s front axle is spinning all the time while driving, causing premature wear on all internal components. With lock-out hubs, you are able to use a locker in the front differential for better off-road performance and unlock the hubs for on the street. Better gas mileage can be expected, too. 1981-86 CJ’s gain the ability to use the premium internally splined lock-out hubs instead of the stock design. If you run a Warn floating axle kit, you may need the Warn Drive Flange kit.

Warn has taken care of rear axle problems with the full floater kit, now Warn is going to take care of front axle weaknesses. Warn's high strength front axles allow for the larger Spicer 297X u-joint. Axles will accept a standard c-clip or a full cirle retaining ring for u-joints. Crafted of 4340 alloy, these inner and outer axles shore up a week link in the model 30 front end.
