We use only GP polyester resin and chopped strand fiberglass with the highest quality knitted fiberglass reinforcements. This special material is also used in the construction of hockey sticks and snowboards, two items that experience constant impact and abuse, which makes it perfect for off-roading or rock crawling. The production process incorporates Nida-Core® Honeycomb reinforcement that allows the fiberglass resin to be fully bonded and our patented Unishell Plus™ insulation-filled, double wall construction. The result is a smooth, un-seamed body finish with extraordinary strength and durability.

This fender has the same dimensions as the stock fender, including the molded inner fender wells. Constructed of top quality Owens fiberglass and specially formulated resins. These fenders require drilling for mounting holes. The lip is recessed for the sidemarker light, vacuum molded hand laminated fiberglass and this fender will accept all stock fender mounted parts.

Constructed of top quality Owens fiberglass and specially formulated resins. The front inside edge of this hood may need to be trimmed to fit properly over the grill. The length measured from body end, bottom edge side to side is 40-1/4". The width measured from body end, bottom edge side to side is 59"-59-1/4". *If the hood dimensions are too long or off from side to side on the length, trimming will be required. Nut inserts are installed for the hood catches and hood hinges to mount to. Factory style inner reinforcement ribs are fiberglassed in for added strength.

Constructed of top quality Owens Corning fiberglass and specially formulated resins. No Jeep logo on tailgate and trimming is required on the sides. Double wall construction for strength. Tailgate comes with nut inserts installed for hinges, latches, and cables.
