All shipments are F.O.B. Columbiana, Ohio. Small items (under 150 pounds) will be shipped by ground service or express service if purchased. Larger items will be shipped by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. All orders must include a complete shipping address and phone number.

Shipping charges quoted online are estimates, based on ground service shipping within the continental U.S. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international addresses will incur added shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote before your order is finalized.

Most in-stock items are shipped the same business day. Tires, which ship from multiple warehouses, are usually shipped within five business days. During peak seasons and catalog mailings, order processing may take an additional two business days. Truck freight or special order items require additional shipping lead time for delivery.

Standard delivery orders are shipped via ground service unless otherwise noted. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

The map below estimates UPS Ground shipping times to addresses within the contiguous U.S. Times are estimated in business days.

Call 800-555-3353 or 330-482-4924 for shipping information on all items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, and truck freight items. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs.

Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Please call 800-555-3353 for more information. All express orders placed before 2 p.m. ET will be shipped the same day.

"3-Day", "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

Times in transit are calculated in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday unless scheduled with the freight carrier.

Larger items may be shipped by truck freight.

  • Truck freight is tailgate only; you must have someone available to assist with unloading.
  • If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

  • Advanced payment is required on international orders
  • Freight fees vary based on rate variances and items ordered
  • Your international order must include a phone number
  • Value-added taxes and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • All international orders are final
  • We do not accept backorders on international orders

If you receive a damaged package, you may refuse delivery or contact customer service at 800-555-3353, prompt 3 or custserv@4wd.com within five days. If you refuse delivery, the order will be returned to us. If you contact customer service, we will help you file a damage claim with the carrier.

Regarding damage claims:

  • Please be prepared to describe the damage and provide photographs
  • Keep the package and parts in the same condition as they arrived
  • The carrier may request a physical inspection of the package
  • The carrier will void your claim if you do not have the packaging
  • All carrier damage claims must be filed within five days of receiving the products

If you refuse a C.O.D. delivery of an order (damaged shipment excluded), you will incur the initial shipping charges plus return freight charges. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.

Terms of 4Wheel Drive Hardware Free Shipping offers:

All qualifying parts are identified with a message stating "Qualifies for Free Shipping..." Parts without this message do not qualify for Free Shipping.

The following do not qualify for Free Shipping unless otherwise stated:

  • Shipments outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states
  • Oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops, and cargo racks
  • Omix-Ada, Jeep replacement, and Crown Automotive products
  • Special Order delivered by truck freight
  • Prior purchases and returns
  • Other items that are not identified with the "Qualifies for Free Shipping..." message
