By Mail
When using the order form in the catalog please take the time to carefully fill in all the appropriate information (please print or type). Please complete both the billing and shipping information to avoid any delays. Include a daytime phone number. To avoid shipping errors we ask that you please list your order by catalog part number and description.
You can also print out this order form and either email, fax or mail it in.
Prices
In our catalog printed beside each part listing is a price. However, this convenient information may become obsolete due to manufacturing cost increases. Therefore, we reserve the right to make price changes without notice. While the internet tries to be accurate with pricing, there are times when products appear with inaccurate pricing. If you see a price you feel is incorrect, please call us before placing your order online. We charge tax in the following
states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington. Because we own businesses in
these states, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes
based on the destination of the order. Tax rates are determined based on
the delivery address of the order. TAX RATES ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE AT ANYTIME.
ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Special order items will be charged $5.00 and Drop Ship items will be charged $1.50 for processing.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Checks by Phone and personal checks with your name, address, check number and bank imprinted on the front. If you have a P.O. Box on your check, please include your physical address. Personal checks will not be accepted for orders of $1,000 or more.
C.O.D. Orders
We accept COD's up to $1,000. COD orders shipped UPS can be paid by money orders or certified funds ONLY.
All shipments are F.O.B. Columbiana, Ohio. Small items (under 150 pounds) will be shipped by ground service or express service if requested. Larger items will be shipped by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. All orders must have complete shipping address and phone number. Truck freight is tailgate only, customer must have someone available to unload freight. If the condition of your package is questionable, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 800-913-8195.

International Orders
All international orders require payment in advance. Due to various rate differences and depending on which items are ordered, freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact our International Sales Department (1-330-482-4924 or 1-330-482-5560) regarding all international orders. All international orders must have a phone number. We have no control over value-added taxes or duty charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. All special orders and all international sales are final. We accept no backorders on international orders.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receipt of an obviously damaged package, you have the option of refusing delivery and the order will be returned to Four Wheel Drive Hardware. Or, you may receive the order and make note of the visible damage, in writing, to the carrier. If, upon inspection of the parts, you find them damaged due to the carriers handling, you then have 48 hours to file a formal claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED PARTS TO US. Keep the package and parts as close as possible to the condition in which you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of merchandise. Please notify our customer service department as to what has occurred so that we may assist you and answer any questions you may have on your claim.
Refused Shipments
Any customer who refuses a C.O.D. delivery of an order (damaged shipment excluded) will be required to pay the additional return freight charges. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.
Return Authorization
To return a part, you must call Toll Free 800-913-8195, prompt 3 (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm EST) for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Please follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip. If the item is not installed and is within 30 days of the original ship date, you may return all or part of the order to receive a refund for the merchandise value. In some instances an item may be returned after 30 days with the following restocking fees being applied: 31-60 days 10%, 61-90 days 20%, 91+ days 30%. Special order items, modified and/or installed items cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information concerning restocking fees and returning truck freight items.
*If you do not have a copy of your invoice, with the returns form on the back, please feel free to print it out here, Return Goods Authorization form, and mail it back with your item.
Warranty
We warranty all merchandise for a minimum of 90 days against defects in workmanship or materials for normal use. Keep all manufacturer's warranties and owner's manuals you receive with the merchandise ordered. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for proper procedure on returning the merchandise. All claims are started by calling our Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We will not be responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
Backorders
Sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel orders for a backorder or discontinued part. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel these orders. Backorders, if any, will not be billed until they become available and are shipped. There is no additional shipping charge on backorder shipments.
Product Installation Policy
4Wheel Drive Hardware has no control over the use of any product. 4Wheel Drive Hardware therefore expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any product. 4Wheel Drive Hardware assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind due to any misuse or improper application of any products in any way by any person.
