Overview

Based on our popular Shock Conversions, JKS Shock Adapters convert the OE upper front shock mounts to accommodate professional off-road racing shock absorbers. They bolt to the original shock mounts using massive 7/8" threaded studs and locking nuts.

  • Fits 1997 to 2013 Wrangler, Rubicon and Unlimited
  • 2 and 4-door models
  • Fits 1984 to 2001 XJ Cherokee
  • Fits 1986 to 1992 MJ Comanche
  • Fits 1993 to 2004 Grand Cherokee
  • Converts front upper stud type shock mount to accept professional off-road racing shock absorbers
  • Replaces original 3/8" threaded mounting stem with larger 7/8" bolt for greater strength and security
  • Relocates upper shock mount 1.10" lower for easy access and additional droop
